📩 Send Bitcoin via Email with Proton Wallet!

Proton has launched a Bitcoin-only Proton Wallet that allows sending Bitcoin via email!
Yep, that’s right — as long as both you and the recipient have a Proton Wallet, all you need is the recipient's email address.
And dont worry; the wallet automatically rotates Bitcoin addresses for each transaction to keep things secure.
But that’s not all!
The wallet is self-custodial and end-to-end encrypted, which means not even Proton can access your digital assets.
They've also got your back with robust recovery methods, so you'll always have access to your Bitcoins even if the Proton Wallet is offline.
And, of course, they've beefed up security with built-in two-factor authentication and Proton Sentinel’s cutting-edge machine learning and AI tools to stop unauthorized login attempts.
But why build a Bitcoin wallet now?
Well, it turns out that the company has been a long-time supporter of Bitcoin and even holds the digital asset as part of its financial reserves.
And according to them, the launch of the Proton Wallet is a significant step towards protecting users’ economic freedom.
The crypto community seems to agree or at least support the new wallet!
One Reddit user swears by Proton mail and VPN and can't wait to see how the wallet will go, while another says, “This is welcome news indeed. Their VPN and other privacy-focused tools are solid’
So, what are you waiting for?
The Wallet is currently in early access and available on the web, Android, and iOS to users on the Proton Visionary plan.
Oh, and early access users can invite friends, and there is a waiting list for others!
As for the big question of whether Proton will support other currencies or fiat in the future, that all depends on user feedback.

👩💼 Kamala Harris's Decision on Bitcoin Conference!

Remember yesterday when we talked about Kamala Harris possibly making a surprise appearance at the Bitcoin Conference?
Well, guess what? She’s not coming!
The crypto community isn't happy at all — They want to know why she declined and are already reading a lot into her decision.
And guess who weighed in and stirred the pot? David Bailey, the conference organizer and CEO of Bitcoin Magazine.
He dropped a series of bombshell tweets, but the one that caught our attention the most is this:
Kamala Harris will not be speaking @TheBitcoinConf. No surprise. What can she say to us when she’s actively imprisoning developers, forcing our industry overseas, attacking PoW… it would have been a disaster for her.
All eyes on Trump now.

Yikes, he threw some serious shade! It’s clear that, unlike Mark Cuban, Bailey’s no fan of Harris.
And get this:
The crypto community is urging her to take a more open and friendly approach to smooth things over and shake off the perception that she's anti-crypto like Trump is doing right now.
But since she's skipping the conference, which would have been a great opportunity, we’ll have to wait and see how she tackles this delicate issue.
So, what do you think? Can Harris still turn things around and win over the crypto crowd?🤔
Let’s not forget that even Trump wasn’t always a huge fan of crypto. But now, he’s almost the face of it, receiving millions in crypto donations.
So maybe there’s still hope for Harris after all.🤞
Really, you should read the full details—there’s a whole lot of drama there!
